If you do not have an ftp client or if you are having trouble:

MAC OS X users:

If you are familiar with using ftp you can use the following settings in your preferred ftp software:

• The address is ftp.nsprinting.net
• Turn passive mode on
• Turn binary mode on
• User name: anonymous
• Password: your email address
